The Hotspur Press building stands at the side of the River Medlock on Cambridge Street/Gloucester Street in Manchester. Originally it was a 19th century cotton mill named Medlock Mill. The Percy Brothers took ownership of the mill and renamed it The Hotspur Press.

In recent years the building has been an occupied by artists and has been used to stage music events (hence its purple makeover!).
